Course outline: 

The intent of this course is to develop the consulting skills of the students to enable them to participate in a variety of consulting assignments for organizational transformation.  The students are expected to:

• (a) conceptualize and execute change management exercises to improve organizational performance, and
  
• (b) establish a track record of evidence based contributions to the growth of the organization/institution they serve.
