One of the outcomes of confluence is that we learn to expend out energies wisely and time our interventions better. We are judicious about our choice of engagements and precise about our methods of execution. Many others now begin to notice our relaxed yet purposeful and unhurried style of life. To others, we come across as if we have all the time to chose adn energies to pursue what we desire most.

We are appreciated and held out as a source of influence. Our fulfillment has now begun to act as a source of inspiration to many others. 

For the self actualized, the appreciation from others and the offer of material rewards no longer hold the significance they held earlier.

The lure of the unknown and charms of the adventures unexplored seem to egg them on to continue ahead withiut stopping.

When many others may prefer to rest on their laurels and savor their rewards, the self actualized resolve to go farther.

A taste of success and fulfillment merely seems act as a tonic to catapult their adrenalin to test the limits to their imagination and enterprise.

Case study: The 'Jack in the box'

•  Anirudh was smitten by 'success bug.' His problem was that in order to have his adrenalin pumped up at all times, he had to be fed challenges.
